Greetings! It is beginning to feel like Spring here in New England. And with that comes allergy season. This issue offers a few natural solutions for pet and people allergies as well as safe Easter tips for pets. Earth Day is next Monday. If your dog has allergies make sure that its food does not contain soy, chicken or eggs. These are usually the culprits that can cause an allergic reaction. One of my favorite products to use for dog allergies is the Allergy Relief treats with Quercetin, Bromelain and Turmeric. This combination helps relieve symptoms of itching and sneezing while boosting the immune system.  Please note it may take 10 days for you to notice a difference in your dog's symptoms. This can be taken daily.  These can be found on Amazon. For humans with allergies!   It's allergy season once again. And our favorite supplement this time of year in our home is the Solaray QBC Plex. Like the pet version, this contains the magic combo of Quercetin and Bromelain. Quercetin is a bioflavonoid that acts like an antihistamine. Bromelain is an amino acid that aids the body in digesting the Quercetin. It is also a pain reliever.  Can be taken long term and will not interfere with other allergy medication. It takes about 10 days to kick in. After that time you may find you no longer need to take over the counter allergy meds.

Earth Day is Monday April 22, 2019   Please use eco-friendly biodegradable bags when picking up after your dog or cat.
